GURU.FARM (connu avant en trio sous le nom DERvISH) est un groupe basé en Belgique. GURU est composé d'une équipe 4 étoiles, les musiciens sont membres de STUFF, Ida Nielsen, Pudding oO, Selah Sue, Moiano ou Natalia…
Ils jouent un glossy-Jazz, électro et groove, spacy et décalé.
Transformé par des filtres électroniques, le saxophone devient synthé pour rejoindre le groove du trio: Beat music !
Pendant une tournée en Haïti, ils ont rencontré l’esprit vaudou Guédé, démon traditionnel se manifestant par plusieurs incarnations soudaines. Sans aucune hésitation, ils ont choisi son nom comme titre pour leur premier album.
Leur premier album « Guédé » est sortit en septembre 2021, sur Bartok Records.

GURU.FARM
GURU.FARM (known before as DERvISH) is a live band based in Belgium. With an all star team, with musicians from bands such as STUFF, Ida Nielsen, Pudding oO, Selah Sue, Moiano, Natalia ou Fred Wesley, they play a homegrown glossy- electroJazz, groovy, spacy and twisted.
Transformed by electronics, the saxophone becomes synth and joins the rhythm section. Beat music !
While on tour in Haïti, they met the voodoo spirit Guédé, who incarnated before their eyes in several ways very insistently. Straightaway, they choose its name as the title for their first album.
Their first album « Guédé » is out on September 2021, on Bartok Records.
